ALVARADO CONSTRUCTIONS and associates have been working in all Bay Area for 11 years. The company has an excellent group of people that are willing to work 7 days a week in order to deliver an excellent product. Fernando Alvarado is qualified and certified, under the CSLB with General Contractor class B and Lathing & Plastering Class C 35. He is also a civil engineer from Bogotá, Colombia with Masters in Managed Administrative Civil Engineering.
Alvarado Constructions has a wide experience in constructions and project management in Colombia and the United States, mostly in California.
CUSTOMISED DESIGN
We give our clients complete advice on new residential and remodelling projects in all areas, such as: architectural and structural design, construction on all trades, installation of equipment and more.
We also offer our clients:
personalised cabinet designs and countertops with excellent prices, that we are able to offer because of our partnership with associate workshops that build them.
We are able to support our sub contractors in the following various trades, such as: foundations, framing, electricity, plumbing, HVAC, finalized detailing, which allows us to give our clients a final product of excellent quality.
STUCCO
Alvarado Constructions also has the license of Lanthing & Plastering C 35, which allows us to hire jobs only in this trade, including stucco in residential projects.
The experience in this type of work is about new projects and additions, which we have been developing in our projects, from other contractors and owners.
We can offer regular stucco and acrylic finishing complemented by decorations on entrance doors, windows and balconies in foam.
The key to our successful conclusion is the strict quality control we practice, the completion of work in the contracted time, and the professional estimates given to our clients.
